Carolyn joined KidzArt / Art Innovators in 2006 as a part time employee. She has extensive management experience. As KidzArt / Art Innovators has grown, Carolyn has become more interested in the daily operation of KidzArt / Art Innovators Corporate. Carolyn has 24 years experience in business management. She operated a Natural Gas Measurement business for many years. She was site manager for Waste Management for 6 years, until they merged with another company, at which time she chose to leave. She has used this experience to help many small businesses with their initial set up process, as well as running her own business. Carolyn's roles within KidzArt / Art Innovators are geared more towards the management of the corporate office. She does offer her support to the KidzArt / Art Innovators franchisees for Thriva and other areas as needed.
