What Community Leaders say
about
KidzArt
"It is with pleasure that I recommend KidzArt, owned and operated by Alice
and Randy Denton. As school budgets shrink and arts programming is
consistently decreased and eliminated, the Dentons recognize the need to
provide children with artistic opportunities for self-esteem and development
of self-confidence and mathematical skills. The imaginative ways KidzArt develops talents is evident in the extreme popularity of the workshops and
the excitement of parents as they acknowledge 'I didn't know my child could
do that!'

"The M.R. Dye Library is a proud supporter of KidzArt. We join thirteen area
schools in promoting KidzArt as an excellent learning resource and outlet of
children and their parents. I will be happy to further discuss the positive
impact KidzArt has had on our growing community.
P. Carson Culver, Public
Relations/Program Coordinator, M.R. Dye Public Library, MS
"KidzArt has made it easy for us to sponsor and promote the program,
convenient for parents by providing the classes at their child's school and
an awesome experience for the kids. It's a well thought out program and is
definitely meeting a need for more art opportunities in our community and in
our children's lives. The format and method of the art instruction makes it
a positive experience for the children and so many times I hear parents
comment on how good the Kidzart experience has been for their child."
Wyndie Havnaer, Director, Leroy Springs Recreations Complex, Fort Mill, SC,
School District Board Member
"Thank
you so much for your great program. The program was fun for
the children and for adults. It was such a joy to observe
the
attentiveness of the little ones. The excellent instruction produced
eager participation. We really appreciate your coming and presenting
KidzArt."
Kay Smith, Union County Public
Library, NC
"Beth
Kivett has been teaching KidzArt
to
the children in our program over the
last year. She has provided our children with experiences
to help them grow emotionally, develop group skills, and improve
their self esteem. Many of our children have never had the opportunities
that this program, ' KidzArt,'
provides for them. Ms. Kivett works with the children in our Therapeutic
Foster Care program.
These children have been severely abused and neglected.
The age range is 5years of age to 17years of age. It has been
gratifying to see teenage boys get so excited about coming to this
group.
The number of children that are participating in the group has
grown due to the fact that the children enjoy the program and
enjoy Ms. Kivett. I would highly recommend the inclusion of this
program into your
program schedule. The children and adults will truly benefit."
Sally L. Buchanan, Executive
Director, Creative Community Services, Inc.
"The
KidzArt concept
will fulfill a void that may exist in the education of our
children. By providing an opportunity to
learn while having fun, the children will grow into adults that
understand "art is for all ages." By design, this program
will encourage children to be creative and expressive through art....It
is with confidence that I encourage the introduction of the
KidzArt program
to the children of Arizona. It is truly a remarkable
educational tool."
